Team roles and permissions

You can easily invite other participants to your project. Certain roles require a PRO licence, or can be used within the 3-day free trial period. Select the access level you want to give each member of the project.

Project owner

Full control, including deletion of the project.

  • Creates the project
  • Has access to every part of the project and can edit, invite and delete everything
  • Can delete the project
  • Available free for 3 days, or for an unlimited number of projects with a PRO licence.

Project admin

Same access as the owner, without the ability to delete the project.

  • Has equal access to everything the owner has
  • Can NOT delete the project
  • Available free for 3 days, or for an unlimited number of projects with a PRO licence.

Technician

Full editing rights plus technical documentation.

  • Can edit and delete all the devices in the layout
  • Can edit, delete and add new floors, rooms, doors and windows
  • Has access to the technical documentation
  • Available free for 3 days, or for an unlimited number of projects with a PRO licence.

Designer

Layout editing without technical documentation.

  • Can edit and delete all the devices in the layout
  • Has NO access to the technical documentation
  • Available free for 3 days, or for an unlimited number of projects with a PRO licence.

Guest

Read-only access, free of charge.

  • Has read-only access to the project
  • Can be part of an unlimited number of projects

Good to know

Roles are set per project, so the same colleague can be a technician on one job and a guest on another. You can change or revoke a role at any time from the project's member list.
